5G Technology Not Too Far :

Even as the wireless industry works through its deployment of higher-speed 4G wireless networks, Ericsson CEO Hans Vestberg has his eye on the next "G.".Verizon is aiming to launch America's first 5G network, five years after it became the first carrier to offer 4G. Verizon announced Tuesday that it will begin field-testing 5G network technology next year, aiming to have some part of its 5G network up and running for commercial use by 2017.

How to back up origin games and tranfer to another computer :

Okay, I have seen this question posted many times lately on many different forums, and just wanted a nice guide for people that need to back up origin games. I will use BF3 as an example, but you can do this with any game in Origin.

Step 1: Go to Local Disk (C)/Program Files (x86)/Origin games and open it up, and copy over bf3 to a portable HDD or any drive that you want to back it up to.

LINE messaging App reaches 300 Million Users :

Messaging app LINE has reached 300 million registered users, according to its maker — reaching a target set by the company’s CEO earlier this year. LINE Corporation’s boss Akira Morikawa said the company is aiming to reach 500 million registered users by the end of 2014 and “to develop LINE into the world’s top communication service”. The app increased its user base from 200 million to 300 million in the space of just four months. It took 19 months to gain the first 100 million users, and six months to gain the next 100 million.

India is an important market for the company. “India has overtaken Japan to become the country with the third-largest number of smartphone users (according to a Strategy Analytics report). It is only natural to anticipate further growth of the smartphone market in India, and we believe that it will become a vital territory as Line expands into the global marketplace,” Morikawa had stated earlier.

Beats Studio Over-Ear Headphone, Price, Specifications and Review

I think it's obvious most people will expect the bass to be the #1 priority with this headphone, considering it's by MONSTER + Dr. Dre and called Beats. Well, it definitely doesn't disappoint there. The Monster Beats definitely wins in terms of bass. (Of course, Dr. Dre's genre relies heavily on it). If you listen to lots of rock/rap then you'll love the bass on these. If you get headaches with bass or you just can't stand it, then obviously, these aren't really for you.

The Monster Beats headphones require two AAA batteries to listen. You cannot use the headphones if no batteries are inserted, or if you don't have the switch to ON (located on the right side of the headphone). The batteries go inside the left compartment of the headphone. I've been listening with this headphone for the past two days and the batteries are still going. I'll have to use it longer to fully test the battery life, but hopefully it'll last several months because that would be really annoying if I have to keep replacing batteries. Since the headphone is powered by the battery, the sound is obviously amplified more, as well as the bass, than regular headphones. Whether you're using this on your computer, portable device or iPod, you can have the volume at a low setting and it'll still sound a lot louder than if you were to use a different headset at that volume setting.

Cooler Master Hyper TX3, Price, Specifications and Review :

Cooler Master has elected to use plastic blister packaging for the Hyper TX3. It was easy to open, and required no scissors, which is a refreshing change from most packaging of this type. TX3 supports Core 2 as well as Core i5, along with pretty much all Athlon 64s and above (Athlon 64, Athlon 64 X2, Athlon II, Phenom, Phenom II.) The cooler does not require installation of a motherboard backplate for use. Since this is a smaller cooler, it uses Intel's standard push-pins or AMD's clips to remain secure. Cooler Master has apparently revised the TX3 recently; previous versions used a clip to secure the 92 mm fan to the heatsink. This clip received VERY mixed reviews. The new fan retention mechanism is made of plastic. The fan is secured to the plastic mount with screws, and the mount itself snaps onto the cooler. Rubber pads are used to dampen fan vibrations. Also, this revision apparently makes the gap in between the heatpipes and aluminum smaller, which is always a welcome change.

Instagram Future Update Likely To Be " Messaging " :

Instagram, known as a visual communication platform, is looking for way to expand its appeal to its community of 200 million (and growing) users. First it was short-form video and next up is messaging. In June, video was added to the service as a counterplay to Twitter’s Vine. Last month, Instagram rolled out advertisements. Just days ago, Instagram finally showed up on Windows Phone, albeit with some serious omissions. Gigaom reports that the last major update of the year might be the most significant yet: messaging.

Ubuntu’s Mobile And Desktop Icon gets a Makeover :

In a session held at the Virtual Ubuntu Developer Summit (vUDS) on Thursday, 21st November, Matthieu James – who long time readers will recall was hired by Canonical specifically to revamp the icon set – presented findings, concepts and plans for the new look of Ubuntu’s touch and desktop faces. Ubuntu’s last major overhaul of visual assets occurred during the 10.04 LTS cycle, though a handful of new icons have appeared in the last few releases of the desktop OS.

Android tablet Dominates iPad :

Worldwide tablet shipments grew to 47.6 million units in the third quarter of 2013 (3Q13) according to preliminary data from the International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Tablet Tracker. While slightly below the firm's forecast, the number still represents 7.0% growth over the previous quarter and 36.7% growth compared to the third quarter of 2012. Android products once again drove much of the shipment growth in the market as iOS growth stalled and Windows tablets continued to struggle to win over consumers.

NZXT Technologies Source 210 Computer Case, Price , Specifications and Review :

The Source Series is NZXT’s chassis line designed to be a starting block for first time builders or a stepping stone for those who want to upgrade their rig later on. Each chassis faithfully serves their purpose as an affordable, memorable part of your system building experience; it may just be a keeper.

According to NZXT, their goal with this case is "to provide the basic chassis to house your rig and just a little more to meet your needs". I think with this goal in mind they have absolutely delivered on their promise! This is not a power-house case, but at this price no-one should be expecting it to be.
